Prof. Masako Li and prof. Ryuki Kassai from Japan visited NIVEL

On September 28th, prof. Masako Li and prof. Ryuki Kassai from Japan visited NIVEL as part of their study visit to the Netherlands.

Prof. Masako Li is professor in health economics at the Hitotsubashi University , School of International and Public Policy. Prof. Ryuki Kassai is a family doctor and professor and chair of the Department of Community and Family Medicine of the Fukushima Medical University. Both were interested in the Dutch health care system and especially in the role of general practitioners. Prof. Peter Groenewegen and prof. François Schellevis from NIVEL acted as hosts. Also, opportunities for future exchanges and collaboration were discussed. The visit was highly appreciated by the visitors as well as NIVEL.
